Back to Level 1 from tomorrow

Good Afternoon Parents and Caregivers,

As advised by the Prime Minister this afternoon, Auckland will be moving down to Alert Level 1 as from midnight tonight. This is great news for Auckland and us all.

For Mt Roskill Intermediate, this means we are back to business as usual. All Students must return back to school, but please, if your child is unwell, keep them at home and inform the school that they won’t be in.

Year 8 Camp Information Evening for Parents: This is allowed to go ahead in person, so we look forward to seeing you at 7pm tomorrow (Tuesday 23rd February) evening in our Whare Hiringa room which is located beside our library.

Our ‘Meet the Teacher and Staff’ evening, that had been scheduled for last week, has been cancelled. Instead, your child’s teacher will be emailing you all directly later this week with a presentation and some general information. Please keep your eye out for their email later this week.

We will be holding our Learning Conversation meetings, between parents, student and teacher, in early March, so that will be a great opportunity for you to meet and chat in person with your child’s teacher.
