Update for Monday, 13 December

Kia ora Koutou and welcome to week 9 of Term 4.  Our final week of the year!

Thank you to everyone who came and returned their loaned device and their Library books during our Returns Days last week.  Thank you also goes to everyone who came and collected their End of Year Packs.  We appreciate you taking the time to come into school to return and collect your items.

If you were unable to make it into the school last week, you only have until Wednesday this week to come into the school office to return your items and collect your school report and End of Year pack.  It is essential that loaned devices are returned before the end of this year so that we can prepare them and have them ready for the start of the new school year.

School Magazine
Unfortunately due to a delay with our
school magazine delivery, some of you who came in on Wednesday missed out on receiving your copy of our school magazine when you collected your end of year pack.  Please pop back into the office and let us know and we will give you one.

Second Hand Uniforms

If your child is leaving Mt Roskill Intermediate and you won’t have a need for the uniform any more, we will happily accept these.  Please wash them and then drop them into the school office when you’re next passing.

MuST Movement

Congratulations to all of our winners of our MuST movement over the last number of weeks.  Students who continued to keep ‘Meeting Up’(when online lessons were held), ‘Signing in’ and completing Tasks their teacher had set, had their names entered into the weekly draws.  Over the past 6 weeks we have had over 130 winners in our weekly Draw!!  We hope these winners have enjoyed receiving their prize packs that our teachers have been delivering to letterboxes each week.

On Friday we held our final draw for the final Major prizes.  We are very excited to announce the winners.  Well done to you all!

Hook

Due to this years lockdown and COVID restrictions, we were unfortunately unable to perform our production Hook.
Instead, we are pleased to present a recorded version of various scenes from the play as chosen by each individual actor / actress.
These scenes were recorded individually to ensure we followed COVID guidelines by keeping everyone distanced (except for one scene where sisters performed together).  Please click on the link below and enter in the password to view.
