MRI Talanoa Ako – Learning Conversation Meetings

Please find information regarding our upcoming Talanoa Ako Learning Conversation meetings that are taking place later this month.

Talanoa Ako – Learning Conversation Meetings: 
Tuesday 29 March & Wednesday 30 March 2022

Dear Parents and Caregivers,

Our Talanoa Ako – Learning Conversation meetings will be taking place on Tuesday 29 March between 3.15pm to 6.00pm and Wednesday 30 March between 1.00pm- 7.00pm.  These meetings involve the student, you and the classroom teacher with the purpose being to support learning and raise achievement for your child together.

Please note that school will finish at 12.00pm on Wednesday 30 March to accommodate the interviews. 

This year we will be holding these meetings online via Google Meets Video Conferencing through your child’s school account. 

To book your time for your Meeting, please go to www.schoolinterviews.co.nz using the booking code wzr6t.   Each meeting will be allocated a maximum of 10 minutes. 

Please ask your child for assistance with booking in your time if you don’t have access to a computer.

Closer to the day of this meeting, your child’s classroom teacher will email both you and your child the link to click into at your allocated meeting time. 

As well as meeting with your child’s classroom teacher, you can also book appointments to meet:

• Our specialist teachers; to discuss how your child is progressing in these areas.  Specialist areas are Materials Technology, Food Technology, Science, Performing Arts/Music.
• Our Reading Support teacher – Only if your child participates in this programme.
